4.0 Considerations based on mode of delivery and forms of tenure

Shelter and settlement activities cover a wide range of interventions and modalities, from provision of emergency household items and materials and tools, labour assistance, cash, vouchers or market interventions, advocacy and technical support around key areas such as housing, land and property (HLP) rights. This section addresses some important additional considerations when using cash and voucher assistance or addressing HLP issues.
