The State of Fire Safety in Humanitarian Shelter and Settlements: A story of unintended consequences

This research report provides in depth analysis of the state of fire safety across the humanitarian sector. It explores how fire risk emerges in humanitarian settings, current knowledge and practices related to fire safety, and considers lines of responsibility and accountability mechanisms across the sector.
