This Guidance aims to support organization implementing NFI and emergency shelter programs with minimum standards by ensuring emergency needs of the population are met in North-East, North-West, West, and South-east and specially areas where are constraints on provision of standard Shelter/ NFI kits.

Each kit has the specific description, composition, quantity, technical specifications, and estimated cost. It is composed with permanent items as the main composition and additional items recommended according to the situation and region. The distinction between regions is highlighted in the remarks.
