- the language (at least the translation) si simple. however i am not sure how this translates. the sentence is too long and should be split into shorter clearer messages

- Assuming that these illustrations cover the most common forms of corruption and abuse and that the clothes match those most involved, these illustrations have a mild use in promoting IOMs hotline telephone number. However if this IEC was to be shown in areas where people wear different tribal clothes - the message could have a completely different meaning. (Bribery here is clearly illustrated as coming from those officials with flat top hats, while victims wear turban headwear. )

- I presume the posters are circulated separately, as the violence and CRM is repeated on both. There is no disabled representation. A person with a walking stick or wheelchair would represent vulnerability.

Potential Risk

- Often for Posters for this type of message are not likely to be displayed by gov officials in areas where the most corruption takes place. This message must find a route to the people most affected that is separate from those who might be accused of corruption

- having an image of someone being pushed over with a tick on it is not something that we wish to promote!

- Selection criteria and also the violence shown in the lower image doesn't convey that the CRM is there for all feedback, not just violence.

Memory cards with the IOM telephone can be distributed and have the same impact if not more since they can be kept by the people for a time they might need it.

The 2 pages perhaps would be better split into multiple pages, each one targeting a specific audience.

It is good to have materials explaining how to access complaints and feedbac mechanisms, but the images illustrating examples of abuses are not necessarily easy to understand
