This draft framework with annexes was elaborated to to operationalise the strategic direction endorsement of the general direction on the future of the Grand Bargain by the the Eminent Person and the Facilitation Group Ministers and Principals of February 2021.It is based on the recommendations and suggestions from March 2021 meetings and documents (workstream strategies, constituency consultations, ODI suggestions) of the Facilitation Group Sherpas.
