The Emergency Shelter & NFI Pipeline System is a central repository of shelter and household supplies that are managed by IOM as the Cluster lead Agency (CLA)for the Northern Region, assuring harmonization of items, sustained availability of core items, cost-efficiency due to economies of scale, and enabling uniform and coordinated responses. The distribution to the affected population is responsibility of   the   cluster   partners, who access the supplies after the endorsement of the Cluster Coordination Team.

 To be eligible to access the S-NFI pipeline, partners should meet two criteria:

(a) to have an approved Project Sheet in the Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP); and

(b) to have signed a Memorandum of Understand with the CLA.
