Inputs Requested! Guidance Note from GSC on MPCA and Shelter

Dear Shelter, Cash and Markets CoP Members,

The GSC has compiled a short guidance note for shelter practitioners and coordinators to make decisions on if and how shelter needs can be reflected in Minimum Expenditure Baskets (MEBs) and Multi Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) programming. 

This note has already had review and input from a number of Shelter Cluster colleagues, and we would like to invite interested CoP members and your colleagues to review and add inputs before this first draft is finalized and shared more widely.
