With sincere thanks for all the valuable inputs we received, we're please to share the final version of the Guidance Note on Shelter Considerations for Minimum Expenditure Basket (MEB) and Multiple Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) Program Design. Based on the feedback we received, we noted that there are still a number of areas to work on, including incorporating practical examples from the field. Please consider this a living document that will continue to evolve as we compile experience and learning in this area.
