These 90-minute interactive three webinars (links above and on the left menu), held in English, French and Spanish, from the Global Shelter Clusters Environment, Recovery and Technical Communities of Practice builds on the Sheltering in the Climate Crisis learning event held in January 2025. It recaps progress since then, including CARE’s draft Minimum Requirements for Climate-Smart Shelter, and showcase new case studies of green shelter innovations. 

Through dialogue and peer learning, participants examine the trade-offs between speed, cost, sustainability, and resilience in humanitarian shelter, share practical experiences, and identify concrete steps to advance climate-smart approaches that strengthen recovery and adaptation in crisis contexts.
