Accountability, Targeting and Inclusion

This Technical Working Group will seek to set out the minimum practice the cluster wants to adopt, that it is appropriate, flexible and achievable with regard to shelter accountability in response to the Nepal Earthquakes. The group will discuss processes for engagement with affected populations mapping out best practice operational framework for shelter.  The group will look to define and set out options for agencies to find entry points to a geographical, community and household level. There is a need to understand the socio-economic structures that link with shelter programming from target identification, selection criteria, participation, communications with communities and feedback mechanisms.
