This guidance was written and compiled as a joint collaboration between the Markets in Crises Community of Practice and the Global Shelter Cluster’s Shelter, Cash and Markets Community of Practice as part of an ongoing effort to improve understanding of market-based programming for shelter and housing markets. The guidance offers practitioners a short overview of Market-Based Programming and it's potential application in humanitarian shelter programming.
