Technical Community of Practice
Fire Safety Sub-CoP webinar on Tuesday June 3, 2-3 pm (Geneva time)
Fire safety in humanitarian contexts and vulnerable communities remains an urgent need, with fire related injuries affecting an estimated 11 million people globally each year.
Join us this Tuesday June 3 at 2 pm, Geneva time, as we revisit the strategic recommendations from the “State of Fire Safety” and “Fire Risk Reduction Guidance” for the Global Shelter Cluster and assess what is feasible in the short, medium and long term for advancing fire safety amidst ongoing institutional and operational challenges

We warmly encourage your attendance and participation as we continue to grow and strengthen our community together. While we have not been in touch for a little while, work has continued behind the scenes, and we’re looking forward to reconnecting with you following the recent launch of the GSC’s Technical Community of Practice (CoP), which the fire safety CoP now falls under.
We look forward to seeing you on next Tuesday!
Kind regards,
Fire Safety GSC Sub-Technical CoP chair
