National meetings are held in Yaounde bi-monthly and are in presence at UNHCR Office or on Teams. The meeting is open to all organization members based in Yaounde, Buea, Bamenda, Maroua and Kousseri. 

Strategic Advisory Group meetings are held ad hoc, in presence at UNHCR Office in Yaounde. The members are: UNHCR, CRS, IEDARELIEF, IOM, DRC, NRC, PLAN INTERNATIONAL, ACF, INTERSOS, COHESODEC, SHUMAS, PUBLIC CONCERN.
