The Global Shelter Cluster Information Management Community of Practice is a commnity of individuals who are passionate about how information in its many forms can be better leveraged to improve the quality of humanitarian shelter responses.  The information managemnt practitioners that comprise the COP come from a variety of agency and professional backgrounds - shelter practitioners, academic, architects, engineers, data scientists, planners, donors, communications specialists, and many more - all with the interest in using their talents to better collect, store, analyze, and present important data, metrics, and qualitative information about disasters, the context we respond in, and the lives of those who are affected.
