• Shelter Cluster to confirm details of the Workshops in the West and Littoral. The Littoral workshop is scheduled for the 1st and 2nd of June, and the West Workshop is scheduled for the 8th and 9th of June. Partners from the Northwest and Southwest are encouraged to come and share their experiences with partners implementing in the West and Littoral, and this will also help to finalise the revision of the Shelter Cluster Strategy. 
• The next National Sector meeting of which the NWSW partners can participate online is now rescheduled from the 31st of May to Thursday the 8th of June. This may conflict with the workshop on the West which has already been postponed. Partners in the NW and W can participate in the next meeting which should take place at the end of July. 
• Shelter Cluster Partners to give their feedback on the revision to the Shelter Cluster Strategy. So far no partners have shared feedback. 
• Shelter Cluster partners to circulate standard NFI kit for feedback and revision of the specifications and also the standard price monitoring form for partners' feedback. 
• Shelter Cluster team to revisit with partners why there is not greater uptake of the Shelter Kit checklist and recommendations as outcome of this assistance is still limited. This also requires advocacy through the National Sector for donors to improve the shelter interventions that they fund. The Shelter Kit Checklist was supposed to support this, but after the training on the Shelter Kit held on the 9th of February, uptake by partners was limited. 
• If Shelter Cluster partners need specific support, important to always reach out right away to the Cluster team for support with website, tools, and access to documents or to discuss things to help improve the response. 
• Partners to ensure that they are completing the 5W tool completely including sharing pictures of ongoing and completed activities. 
• Shelter Cluster partners who have conducted household assessments to share the data with the Cluster team to help in consolidating updated analysis on the situation. 
• Shelter Cluster partners to continue and keep up the habit of reporting planned interventions well in advance of its implementation to ensure and facilitate operational coordination. 
• UNHCR to report on planned locations. 
• COHESODEC to share list of updated burnt shelters in the Northwest. 
• IRC to review the interactive dashboard in selection of their communities to avoid overlap with NRC, CRS, and other partners who have already selected their communities of intervention. 
• UNHCR to share with the Cluster team the information to invite Shelter Cluster partners to a meeting with the UNHCR CBI Officer who is in mission. He is interested to meet with all actors involved in cash and voucher programming. 
• Shelter Cluster team to inquire of the Global Shelter Cluster team whether there is a way to make the website more accessibility friendly as there may be challenges for people to access all the needed documents. 
• IOM to share updated price monitoring data from the exercise conducted earlier in the year.

• SHUMAS is continuing to provide rental assistance to IDP students in Nkwen and Bambili and to one vulnerable IDP in Fundong.
• REACH Out conducted and NFI distribution in Limbe 1. 
• SIRDEP last conducted a distribution in March and is now working with NRC to carry out a repair intervention in Benakuma.
• DRC completed a distribution for remaining households in Mukonje and Laduma that had begun in April, they also continued providing a voucher assistance which will be reported in the 5W. DRC should have reported this plan in advance of carrying out the distribution. 
• IRC has received new funding for distribution of NFIs in the Northwest from SIDA. So far no communities have been selected, and IRC will do this as soon as beneficiary registration is completed. 
• Cameroon Student Corps reported that it has supported 15 IDP students with fuel distribution. This is not reported to the 5W and the deadline to submit was missed. It is necessary to fill out a full 5W on the topic to be reflected in the 5W. 
• UNHCR is planning on carry out cash for NFI and cash for shelter activities throughout the Northwest and Southwest, West, and Littoral. They have selected target locations, and they need to report them in the 5W by the end of the week. 
• NRC supported 600 households with emergency shelter and NFI assistance in Kupé Manengumba and Meme. NRC is preparing to work with SIRDEP to conduct light and medium repairs in Benakuma and also preparing for the cash for rent assistance. NRC is planning to intervene in Konye Subdivision specifically in Matundo 2 and Baduma. 
• IOM has no concrete plans at the moment and is working at procuring more items to be distributed in-kind. 
• H4BF carried out an NFI distribution of solar lamps, buckets and soap in Bunji village in Nkambe in Donga Mantung.
