This report reflects the findings of the consultation with Shelter Sector membership, rolled out under the Cluster (Sector) Coordination Performance Monitoring (CCPM) process, to inform and streamline the Shelter Sector coordination role. The CCPM consultation process focused on the core coordination functions, and the results were followed by participatory discussions1 to analyse coordination strengths, and weaknesses, capture the sector’s membership thinking on the solutions for the way forward, anticipate the transition of Shelter Sector leadership from IFRC to UNHCR.
