Request to explain the process to upload the IOM Shelter Sector Data on GSC Website

Dear GSC Support Team,

Greetings. We hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to request your assistance regarding the difficulties we are facing in uploading IOM Pakistan Shelter Sector data and focal points contact information, 5Ws reports, and other required documents to the Global Shelter Cluster (GSC) website.

A user manual was shared previously however we are not able to achieve the goal by following the steps mentioned in the document.

Could you kindly provide guidance on the following:

  1. Step-by-step process for uploading Shelter and WASH data to the GSC platform.
  2. Process to update focal points contact details on the main page.

We understand the importance of timely and accurate reporting and are keen to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
