CCPM
Every year, Somalia Shelter Cluster conducts a Cluster Coordination Performance Monitoring (CCPM) exercise.
the exercise is designed to enable cluster partners to assess the degree to which their cluster has achieved its core functions (as determined by the IASC).
The findings of the survey are discussed with participants at a cluster meeting, where actions to improve performance is planned. An action plan is developed based on issues identified.
CCPM is a standing agenda in all regular Somalia National Shelter Cluster Meetings.
