ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING CHECKLIST

☐	Data collection and assessment forms, and methods, have been adapted to be accessible and include questions related to disability inclusion, considering intersectional factors (e.g., gender and age perspective).
☐	Shelter and settlement teams have received training on disability inclusion, and/or include staff members with relevant experience.
☐	Organisations of persons with disabilities, specialised organisations or key community representatives have been contacted and included to inform assessments and analysis activities.
☐	Links have been established with other sectors to conduct joint assessments.
☐	Gender, age and disability-disaggregated data has been collected to inform decision making.
☐	Existing shelter and settlement needs of persons with disabilities have been identified along with barriers that may prevent access to assistance and services.
☐	Persons with disabilities have been consulted on their priorities for shelter and settlements support.
☐	Inclusive budgets that allocate resources to mitigating barriers, promoting accessibility and inclusion and cover the costs of reasonable accommodation have been developed.
☐	Assessment findings have been presented to the community in multiple accessible formats.
