IM specific tasks and activities that are set-up in earlier phases of the cluster lifecycle continue to be relevant throughout. A couple of sets of activities however should be reinforced during longer-term set-ups, to ensure that IM best practices continue to be applied whenever relevant. The first is IM capacity building and the second phasing out of IM functions.
